*Not currently accepting health insurance. We offer transparent, affordable cash-pay pricing for a variety of healthcare services. After your appointment you may request a visit summary that you can submit to your private insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies, so it is recommended to check with your insurer for specific eligibility.

*Patients must either be a resident of South Dakota or North Dakota, or visiting one of these states. Provider is licensed in these two states only, and is unable to provide care to patients that do not meet these requirements.
