Prescriptions for medications available during any visit, as provider deems appropriate and necessary
(Immunizations and Injections not available at this time due to not having in-person appointments available)
Labs (blood work) and diagnostic imaging can be ordered for you to have done at a physical location of your choice
PLEASE NOTE: Your insurance can be utilized for the cost of prescriptions, lab work and diagnostic imaging

$75 $100 Consultation - $25 discount for new customers!

All new patient’s first visit with Day Family Healthcare will be considered a “New Patient Visit”. This can be for any reason (acute, chronic, or primary care/wellness)
Primary Care/Wellness Visit
$75 Consultation
Convenient, general care for routine health needs and preventative health
Urgent Care Visit
$75 Consultation
Affordable, no-wait urgent care for acute healthcare needs (illness/sick visit)
Chronic Care Visit
$100 Consultation
Address and monitor chronic medical conditions
Usually requires lab work to be completed for monitoring, will be ordered for you at your visit
What type of issues can be seen via Telemedicine?
Acute Issues, such as:
Cold, flu, respiratory symptoms (may include fever, sore throat, cough)
Allergies and sinus issues
Skin rashes or infections
Minor injuries (such as sprains, strains)
Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs), yeast infections
Headaches
Pink Eye
Insect Bite
Digestive Issues (indigestion, nausea/vomiting, minor abdominal pain)

DOT Exams
Pre-Operative Exams (to be cleared for a surgery or procedure)
